【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名民眾今天上午11時許，聽到「碰」的一聲巨響，連忙出來查看，發現鄰居周姓女子倒臥在1樓的遮雨棚上，連忙通知住在2樓的周女母親，並通知一一九。警消趕抵立即將周女送醫，但情況仍不樂觀。

警方調查，周女從公寓6樓頂墜落，平時精神狀態不佳，也很少出門，將會深入調查釐清周女墜樓原因。

【徐珮君／台北報導】因不服國家考試閱卷成績，纏訟7年確認中醫師考試及格的歌手葉蔻（本名陳懿琳）今天上午在考選部接受「國考楷模」的獎牌表揚，並且表示放棄向考選部提出927萬元國賠訴訟。葉說，她學中醫了解「中病即止」，切莫攻伐太過，兩敗俱傷，因此決定和解。

葉蔻說，雖然7年時間滿長的，但個人委屈不算什麼，希望以後的考生不要再面對她曾遭遇的窘境，不要再有不公平的事情，葉強調，她可以感受到考選部的誠意，如果國賠是由犯錯的官原來負擔她會堅持國賠，但不應由國家納稅人來負擔，於心不忍。

考選部長董保城拿著一把傘舉例說，過去法官對於國考訴訟案件都是高度尊重專家學者的專業，但葉蔻的案例卻讓外部、法院的光照進專業的保護傘下，專業的判斷雖被衝擊，但葉蔻纏訟7年「血淋淋的教訓」，讓考選部有警醒，這是有史以來最具劃時代考意義的判例；考試院也正對閱卷制度全盤檢討。

【大紀元2013年09月09日訊】(據台視新聞報導) 自閉症的成因可能有答案了！一項台灣學者參與的跨國研究顯示，每個人體內都有的一種蛋白質，如果它的結構遭到破壞，將會導致某些 和自閉症有關的基因，也連帶缺損，進而產生自閉症。

這也是全球首次發現自閉症，和蛋白質有關。由於目前自閉症無藥可醫，這項發現 將有助未來 研發新藥。

緊張焦慮，眼神不敢直視人，這是自閉症患者無法突破的心理障礙，但究竟是體內哪個關鍵的結構，出了問題亮起紅燈，現在終於找到答案，原來就是其中一種蛋白質被破壞。這回台灣學者參與跨國研究，也是全球首次揭開自閉症的成因，就在人體裡面的這種蛋白質，叫做拓撲異構，一旦被破壞，它就會不正常運作，讓大腦裡面的杏仁核這個警覺中樞，變得太大，甚至是一般人的四倍，結果不正常放電，引發自閉症，如今找到了自閉症缺損的蛋白質，未來將有藥可醫 對症下藥，比起心理治療更有效，對國內目前23萬名患者，這將是一線曙光。

行政院前院長謝長廷今天在高雄表示，總統馬英九拚政治像猛虎下山，很有力，但拼經濟像病貓上坡，一點力道都沒有。

謝長廷今天到高雄市參加2013年亞太城市高峰會開幕，早上先跟參加城市高峰會的大陸城市代表團用早餐。

他說，因為到訪的大陸城市代表團中，多位在他訪問大陸時見過面，所以早上先跟他們共進早餐。

記者問到馬總統處理立法院長王金平疑涉關說時，謝長廷說，人民期待總統開記者會談民生經濟，但總統卻談政治。

他同時質疑馬總統開記者會，到底是用總統的身分或國民党主席的身分？其中界線是有問題的。

謝長廷並批馬總統，拚政治像猛虎下山，非常有力，但拼經濟像病貓上坡，一點力量卻沒有。

記者問有人比喻特偵組監聽之事，像美國的水門案，謝長廷反問：那，誰是尼克森？

【綜合報導】北約無人機7日在阿富汗庫納省，空襲一輛載客卡車，造成16名平民死亡，其中包括4個孩童。

由於這輛卡車順道載了神學士組織人員，成為北約軍隊空襲目標，當地政府抨擊北約不應攻擊卡車，只因為車上有3到4名神學士人員，卻罔顧平民性命，北約指揮官坦承有發動空襲，但表示死亡的都是神學士人員而非平民。

軍隊誤殺平民，一直以來造成北約和阿富汗政府關係緊張，阿富汗總統卡賽(Hamid Karzai)禁止軍方向北約提出空襲支援，但軍方時常無視禁令，一再向北約提出空襲請求，當地記者評論表示，無人機空襲不但沒有有效嚇阻神學士，反而鼓勵更多人加入神學士的行列。

【突發中心／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，三芝區四棧橋傳出一起車禍，1輛自小客車撞上人行道翻覆，還好1名林姓女駕駛(21歲)並未受困，僅右腿輕微擦傷、頸部痠痛，由救護車送往醫院治療，車禍原因正由警方調查中。

【林昱丞／台北報導】台北市消防局昨天晚上8時許接獲民眾報案，成功路1處民宅有男子跌倒需要送醫，救護人員趕抵現場，發現需要送醫的男子體重竟超過250公斤，趕緊通報消防局加派人力支援，最後在8名壯漢合力下，花了約1小時終於將男子搬運下樓送醫救治，所幸男子並無大礙。

上次衝到高雄看春季杯LOL比賽後，這次破天荒的在小巨蛋以售票方式舉辦S3+GPL 冠軍賽，天天要打LOL的我怎能錯過呢？
立馬約了幾個打LOL的朋友，也順便約了幾位線上的戰友一起去，因為怕買800元的票領不到福袋，加上小弟曾買過2樓的票去看演唱會還OK，最後大家決定買2樓1600元的票（到會場後有點後悔，應該買1樓1800或2000元的票，不僅近距離看比較清楚，又有主播台和COSPLAY可以拍照 >”

還是來看圖說故事吧

狂風暴雨的來到小巨蛋，入口就在發LED加油棒，可調多種顏色並可依場內訊號控制成大家都發出一樣的色彩、超炫！

到處都有提摩福袋可供領取（每張票限領一次）福袋內含：「脈衝火焰」伊澤瑞爾公仔、「紅牌！！」卡特蓮娜英雄與造型虛寶卡
大家領了都馬上背起來，沒想到那麼大，因為脈衝伊澤的公仔很大一隻！

二樓1600元的位子有點後悔，應該買1800或2000的在1樓又近距離觀看~鳴

現場幾近8成滿的觀眾，真的很壯觀！且和看煙火一樣，手機都打不太通，常沒訊號，想傳圖給朋友炫耀都傳不出去 @@"

進場後可以外出，只要蓋個章就好了，每場比戰完後的休息時間，外頭就一堆人跑去抽根煙（戒掉最好啦，打LOL還抽啥煙>”<），而小巨蛋唯一的一家全家，人也是多到一個不行！

比賽真的很精彩，真的很後悔買在2樓，下次一定要買在1樓前面的座位！

看完比賽來去吃飯

吃完飯後大家當然回家相約線上組隊打LOL，沒想到有人就是一直斷線、一直斷線，好像電腦有問題，為了好好組隊玩，只好幫他處理一下囉

隔天就請他搬電腦來我家，還好離我家不到20分鐘的距離，檢查後發現原來是他電腦之前升級，但顯卡沒升是用舊的掛掉了，馬上跑光華去敗一張

剛好華碩的有送角色，原本是愛希，現在聽說是凱特琳，而這張GEFORCE GTX 650之前也幫人買過，玩LOL夠用了啦

裝好後來測一下，配備如下

耗電量，進系統待機情況下約112瓦

燒甜甜圈試試，顯卡最低32度，最高72度，此時耗電量約為177W，整台主機不使用超過200W，這樣算下來，約5小時花一度電

NVIDIA的GEFORCE EXPERIENCE真的不錯用，可以幫你調遊戲設定，還會解說一些設定代表意思

當然要來試LOL，試著打電腦就好，免得出問題，不過跑起來很順，1920*1080下，特效全開極高、關掉垂直同步，幀數控制方面用的是基準，基本都有70多張，有時衝到百來張，這樣再一起玩一定沒問題啦！
