標題[心得] 我的美麗日記絲瓜晶漾柔霧/絲瓜 蘆薈凝凍

http://micoberry.blogspot.com/2013/09/blog-post.html 最近想補充濕敷的化妝水和凍膜 我通常是會先塗一層厚的蘆薈膠或是凍膜 再貼上沾滿化妝水的化妝棉 大約20分鐘後 直接用化妝棉把多餘的蘆薈膠或凍膜擦拭乾淨 或是用溫水沖掉 保濕效果還不錯 但化妝水用量很大 另外也會在洗澡的時候 厚敷凍膜 搭配熱蒸氣之後 效果也不錯 剛好看到我的美麗日記的絲瓜柔霧和兩款凍膜就買來試試看 雖然有爬文看到不少人說是雞肋XD 但因為價錢蠻便宜的 所以還是買來試試看 絲瓜晶漾柔霧 跟一般的絲瓜水不太一樣 瓶身上的英文品名是Watery Jelly Mist 是像極潤保濕化妝水那種有點滑滑凝膠狀的 噴頭噴出來的水霧蠻均勻的 剛噴出來的時候有點滑 但是很好吸收 就算多噴幾層也是很快就吸收了 這點還不錯 單用的時候保濕力當然是沒有極潤那麼保濕 但是濕敷在凍膜上對我來說已經足夠 可以大量的使用 絲瓜淨透凝凍/蘆薈舒潤凝凍 這兩罐凝凍的質地差不多 但我以為會跟一般蘆薈膠差不多質地 比我預期的稀了一點 (還不到會流動XD) 味道還蠻舒服的 不會很重 爬文看到有些人說有過敏 但我用了之後是沒過敏 而且洗澡的時候厚敷一層 碰到眼睛也沒有感覺到刺激 對我來說是蠻方便的 我覺得兩罐其實沒有什麼太大的差異 敷很厚一層的話 保濕力還可以 但沒有到很驚豔 每天洗澡的時候 敷一下就洗掉不會覺得心疼 如果夏天曬完太陽 想要全身都擦應該也蠻OK的 我覺得這三罐的效果應該就是算符合他們的價錢 沒有到非要用他們不可的感覺 但就我的需求 我是覺得不差啦 畢竟現在連廣源良系列都比這幾罐還貴了 如果是廣源良跟美麗日記的噴霧和凍膜系列 我想我會選美麗日記 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 24.250.22.101

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市就業服務處今天公布，8月各就業服務站的求職人數、求才人數及失業認定的人數，登記求職人數為3968人，較上月減少7.14%，求才人數為7513人，較上月增加31.42%，以求供倍數觀察，8月的求供倍數1.89，等於是平均每個求職者有1.89個工作機會，是近5年8月同期新高。

就服處表示，8月各就業服務站辦理初次失業認定人數為1544人，較7月的1342人增加202人，約上升15個百分點，顯示非自願性失業有增加情形。對有求職需求的民眾，仍持續積極運用各項就業促進工具，提升雇主聘僱意願，並搭配北市職能發展學院的課程，幫助求職勞工在待業期間儲備職涯能量，以利迅速返回勞動市場。

【大紀元2013年09月14日訊】（自由亞洲電台馮日遙報導）海南省海口市發生圍毆警察事件。一名摩托車司機被三名警察毆打後，召來十多個同鄉以武力向警察報復，雙方拳腳交加，結果三名警察不敵。事件引來大批群眾圍觀，並指責警察首先濫權施暴，換來對方以暴易暴的下場。

美蘭區市民徐先生，週五接受本台記者訪問時指，週四下午六時半左右，三名身穿制服的警察在青年路一帶巡邏，不知何故，三名警察突然將一名駛經該路段的年輕摩托車司機拖下毆打，司機被打倒地上受傷，引起現場群眾圍觀。

徐先生：那個司機問他們為何打他，旁邊的群眾亦認為不能亂打人的，即使發生甚麼事都應該慢慢談，不應該打人的，不能濫權的。
記者：事件引起幾多在場群眾圍觀呢？
徐先生：可能有兩至三百人，那條路很窄的，看熱鬧的人挺多。

另一在場群眾劉先生向記者指，在場的群眾都認為摩托車司機並沒有違法，不明白警察為何要打他，警察亦沒有抓捕司機，但不久，突然跑來十多人，把三名警察圍堵，雙方拳腳交加交峰，毆鬥一番，現場一片混亂，看熱斗的群眾擠滿整條馬路，現場一帶交通陷於癱瘓，其後兩百武警到場驅散群眾。

劉先生：那個司機被警察打了後，其後見一批人衝出來，與在場的警察互毆起來，聽說是被打司機的同鄉，來報復罷，其後有人打電話，召來大批特警到場。
記者：當時場面混亂嗎？現場一帶路面均被堵塞，是嗎？
劉先生：交通堵塞得很，當時很多人圍在馬路上，擠滿整條街道，所有車輛都過不了，都被迫停下。
記者：最後群眾是否被驅散呢？
劉先生：都被驅散了，不能那麼多人擠在馬路上，驅散後，就完了。

劉先生指，他不太清楚事件中是否有人被抓捕，群眾被驅散後，現場交通就恢復正常，亦不清楚被打傷的司機去向。

就事件，記者致電美蘭區公安局，辦公室公安接受記者查問時，承認週四晚青年路上確發生一宗群眾聚集事件，但他指事件已獲得解決，至於詳情，他就不太清楚。
公安：當時有群眾報警了，我們當然要派人到場處理。
記者：事件中有沒有群眾被抓捕？
公安：這個我不太清楚，詳情要問當時當班的人才知道。
記者：那被打傷的警察，他們的情況又如何呢？
公安：這個我亦不太清楚，祇有當班的人才知道。

而美蘭區公安局刑偵大隊辦公室，公安指他不清楚事件，拒絕回應。
記者：警察打人後遭群眾圍毆，你們有派人調查和抓人嗎？
刑偵大隊：沒有。
記者：是否有人涉襲警被捕？
刑偵大隊：這個我不太清楚，我們刑偵隊未有收過相關報告。

美蘭區政府辦公室工作人員，指他不清楚事件，指絕回應。
工作人員：我週四未有上班，亦無聽說過此事。

有現場群眾發上微博的消息指，三名警察打傷摩托車司機後，經確認是一場誤會，摩托車司機白白被打感到萬分憤怒，結果召來十多名同鄉與警察毆鬥，當時在路邊擺檔的商販，亦看不過警察濫權打人的惡行，在場叫好。

之前自從使用過雪肌精的洗顏粉之後就愛上洗顏粉了 用了一年終於快把雪肌精用完...超大罐orz 想換換新口味就研究了一下目前市面上的洗顏粉 無奈水平衡停產之外，除了蒂芬妮雅其他的都是專櫃價格了 所以就趁著醫美節買了NOV，到屈臣氏順手帶了蒂芬妮雅潔顏粉 前兩天住外面就帶了蒂芬妮雅先開來試試 第一次倒了跟平常雪肌精同樣的使用量（一元硬幣） 兩手一搓...仍然液狀毫無反應，只有幾顆巨大的泡泡 想說是不是加太多水了...乾脆洗掉，試第二次 這次用的是平常使用量的三倍！ 水也是一點一點的加，起泡量卻不如雪肌精的三分之一 真的是太誇張了！！！ 洗在臉上也是超稀泡泡水的感覺，出了浴室我直接把整罐丟進垃圾桶！ 然後隔天我臉上還起了兩顆痘痘　囧 自從用健康水到現在我一顆痘痘都沒長過！ 還好這瓶很便宜，因為至少比起雪肌精這瓶實在差多了... 打折的時候一條一百左右的潤肌精洗顏霜都比這個好用太多太多太多了！ 超級大地雷啊這瓶 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.236.187

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】替上千名口腔癌、乳癌病患重建顏面和乳房，讓他們重拾信心；也曾親手為許多糖尿病患或發生意外者截肢的國泰醫院整形外科主任蒲啟明，行醫20年來因看過許多令人驚駭又不捨的場面，蒲啟明決心讓自己的醫術更精進，「有一天要讓這些病人不再需要截肢！」蒲啟明曾看過因吃檳榔導致口腔癌的病人，手術重建後嘴巴變形而無法張太開咀嚼，卻還堅持把檳榔打成汁「用喝的」；甚至看過病房中有三個病人，但三人加起來只有一條腿，「都是因為糖尿病截肢的關係！」
 
有一次蒲啟明收治一名搬家工人，因工作時不慎碰觸到高壓電，導致左手嚴重灼傷，當時蒲啟明窮盡一切方法，仍無法改變該工人截肢的命運。沒想到數年後，這位搬家工人又被送到蒲啟明的眼前，且竟又是因工作中觸電，導致僅剩的一隻手嚴重灼傷。蒲啟明說，這些震撼讓他覺得應再進修，「希望有天能發現新方法，讓這些病人不再需要截肢！」如今他也在台灣大學解剖及細胞生物學研究所博士班進修中。
