國防部民國102年度官兵集團結婚，明天下午在北投復興崗營區舉行，馬英九總統親自為新人福證。國防部長嚴明、參謀總長高廣圻擔任雙方主婚人。陸軍司令李翔宙、空軍司令劉震武擔任介紹人。

國軍從100年開始大規模舉辦三軍聯合婚禮，當年名為「百對百年好合」。由於反應熱烈，101年再度舉辦，名為「一生一世、相愛久久」。

國防部表示，10月11日、14日在北高兩地辦理「幸福加分」婚前教育講習，增加軍職人員及其伴侶對婚姻正確觀念，並強化眷屬對國軍福利服務工作的認同。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】滙豐集團的中國基金事業滙豐晉信基金公司研究總監曹慶本周訪台，他下午表示，中國調整經濟結構、對外資開放度增加及本益比偏低，將為 陸股創造新一波動能，而新興產業及消費服務2大主軸成焦點，未來3~5年他看好媒體、資訊、電子零組件、醫療及環保等6大族群。
 
觀察今年以來陸股漲幅前5大的領域，媒體（包括影視、網路及遊戲等）以150%居首，資訊軟硬體、通信、電子零組件等上漲40~70%，醫藥（含生技）也有40%，皆符合他看好的6大族群。曹慶認為，這個主軸可望表現2~3年，甚至可能從十二五時期熱到十三五。
 
他也提到，2011年以來中國政府加速對外開放資本市場，例如RQFII額度從2011年底的200億人民幣，躍升至2012年底的2700億人民幣；QFII額度也從2012年4月的800億美元，倍增至今年7月的1500億美元。
 
曹慶說明，如此可能使A股最快明年6月被納入MSCI新興市場指數，2015年6月生效，估計將吸引全球主動及被動式基金共計1200億美元資金流入A股。

（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北十八日電）總統馬英九先生今天主持「南部地區國軍重要幹部分區座談」，嘉許國軍官兵戮力戰訓本務、堅守崗位的辛勞，並期勉國軍持續勤訓精練，塑建一支「精、強、巧」的堅實國防武力，作為中華民國和平戰略最穩固的依靠。

　總統晚間由總統府楊秘書長、國安會陸副秘書長、國防部嚴部長及參謀總長高上將陪同，前往空軍屏東基地，與南部地區聯兵旅級以上單位主官座談，並聽取幹部建言；總統對國軍官兵平時戮力戰備訓練工作的辛勤付出與卓越成效，表達慰勉與嘉許。

　總統表示，國軍日前肇生社會大眾關注的「洪案」，各界對國軍提出諸多批評與建言，各級幹部應該虛心檢討，牢記此案的經驗教訓，在發生弊案或重大事件時，必須建立「不怕家醜外揚」的觀念，不要掩飾、隱瞞真相，才能將傷害減至最小。

　總統也提出「主動發掘」、「明快處置」、「配合偵辦」及「對外說明」等四大原則，期勉國軍幹部在面對任何可能的突發狀況時，秉持「誠實永遠是最好的策略」，積極處理、具體回應民意的期待與要求，進而維護國軍的形象。

　有關募兵制推動，總統再次重申，由於義務役役期縮短，使官兵訓練已臻熟練後，即面臨退伍，尤其操作各項高科技武器裝備，非常重視人員的扎實訓練與深厚經驗，人員更替頻率太快，不利於部隊戰力穩固；總統要求高階幹部針對「待遇」、「裝備」、「訓練」等三個面向持續精進，研擬相關措施，以多管齊下方式，全面提高優秀青年入營服役的意願，以強化部隊戰力。

　對於外界質疑我國防預算未達GDP3%一事，總統表示，我國為持續獲得符合戰力需求的武器裝備，以往均編列相關預算，但受限某些因素而無法順利獲得武器，導致原編列預算未能如期執行，以及排擠其他重要軍事投資案；一旦美方同意供售我國重要武器裝備，政府一定會檢討預算支應。總統強調，今年在財政緊縮，各部會預算都統一減少下，行政院仍務實考量國防施政，配賦預算3,127億元，使國軍能充分運用於「募兵制」實施後的各項法律義務支出、主戰裝備妥善率維持，以及籌建「創新／不對稱」戰力，彰顯自我防衛決心。

　總統指出，每當國家社會發生重大災害時，國軍總是站在第一線，秉持「萬事莫如救災急」的態度，協助災情蒐報、受困民眾撤離、道路搶通等任務，在災區的每一個角落，都有國軍的救難身影，對於國軍官兵無私無我，不顧自身安危，全力投入防災、救災的付出，證明國軍是一支講求效率、專業的國防勁旅，也是一股值得人民信賴的安定力量。

　總統強調，國軍從「光復臺灣」、「保衛臺灣」、「建設臺灣」到「守護臺灣」所做出的卓越貢獻，大家有目共睹，是絕對不容否認的光榮史實；總統期勉國軍面對挫折與考驗，要檢討、改進，千萬不要氣餒，用具體的行動，重新贏得國人的信賴，恢復國軍的榮譽與形象。

【孫英哲、詹智淵／彰化報導】大統長基食品公司以低價食用油混充高價橄欖油販售一案如雪球般越滾越大，彰化縣檢方與衛生局今天再度到大統長基公司廠房封存添加銅葉綠素的油品，現場總計封存９５９８瓶，總計約１６５９６公升的油品，彰化縣衛生局並要求大統長基動員人力到各賣場通路，將有添加銅葉綠素的油品下架，下架的產品品項總計有５３項。

彰縣衛生局指出，大統長基公司除自家出產的油品出包外，替台糖公司代工的「台糖葡萄籽油」等產品也有添加銅葉綠素，或混充低價油，因此也被封存及下架，台糖公司在通路上的油品總計已下架９５５２瓶，約４７７６公升。

彰化縣政府張啟昱表示，大統長基公司用低價油混充成高價油，且還添加銅葉綠素染色，已明顯是在欺騙消費者，縣府將協助消費者向廠商求償及退換貨。調查人員說，大統長基公司真的對消費者騙很大，以該公司生產的１００％特級橄欖油為例，依據其配方表顯示，橄欖油的比例竟只在四分之一到一半左右，部分品項的橄欖油配方裡，甚至完全沒有橄欖油

美國華盛頓一對結婚68年的老夫婦，日常生活就彼此照顧、形影不離，兩人日前開車出門發生意外，在車禍中同時喪生，急救人員到場發現2人屍體時，兩人仍緊握對方的手，

這對分別92歲及88歲的夫婦，星期天(13日)在車禍中喪命，警察發現二人都已死亡，但仍緊握住對方的手。他們的兒子難過表示並不意外，因為父母總是在一起，至今每天都還會擁抱和親吻對方一次。

老夫婦結婚68年，育有4名子女，11名孫兒，23名曾孫。近年老先生膝蓋痛，需要扶拐杖行走，也推不動沉重的割草機，罹患腦退化症的太太經常陪伴在旁協助，兩人恩愛非常。一群子女對兩老離世，都感到不捨。
