【黎百代／桃園報導】由商品檢驗局、桃園消保官等組成商品聯合稽查小組，針對攤商所售玩具鴨是否合乎商品安全標示及安全等項目進行聯合稽查，今稽查多以勸導為主，桃園縣消保官羅明堂表示，今天上午稽查結果情形不錯，大多數攤商所販賣小鴨玩具商品都符合標準，很多攤商都曾到高雄作生意，所以都已經知道標準，將會持續稽查維護民眾購買商品安全。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國求職網站「Career Builder」近日公布請病假理由的調查，發現過去一年約有32%勞工請過病假，但當中有不少「瞎理由」。

報告指出，有員工稱自己在高速公路駕駛時不慎把假牙飛出車外，需要花時間弄假牙，所以請病假。另外，也有員工說因為支持的球隊輸球，需要休息。還有員工稱因為咬到舌頭，因此不能說話也不能上班。

《美股》微軟、亞馬遜穩盤，4大指數盤中走揚

美股25日早盤開高後呈現震盪整理格局，雖然經濟數據好壞參半，但在微軟、亞馬遜等重量級科技股財報優於預期的力挺下，四大指數暫時守穩在平盤之上，週線有望收高。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間25日23時55分止，道瓊工業平均指數盤中漲0.1%(15.38點)至15524.59點；NASDAQ指數漲0.11%(4.24點)至3933.20點；標準普爾500指數漲0.11%(1.88點)至1753.95點；費城半導體指數漲0.07%(0.36點)至494.51點。

標普500指數今年迄今上漲逾23%，儘管本益比已來到15.9倍，但還是低於2007年10月金融海嘯前的16.5倍，以及2000年3月網路泡沫破滅前的25.7倍。

在經濟數據表現方面，10月份路透社/密西根大學消費者信心指數創下近10個月新低，終值由前月的77.5下滑至73.2，低於彭博社調查預估的75。在另一方面，8月份躉售存貨則優於預期，較前期上增0.5%至5,030億美元，增幅為近7個月之最。

10大上市類股有6個走揚，領漲的科技、電信與公用事業類股漲0.4個百分點。象徵市場恐慌情緒的芝加哥選擇權交易所(CBOE)VIX指數漲1.5%至13.4點。

受前日公布財報優於預期所激勵，亞馬遜、微軟分別勁揚8.2%至359.58美元與5.9%至35.71美元。

其餘因財報利多而上漲的企業還有，製藥廠Alexion Pharmaceuticals漲4.4%至121.79美元，油田設備製造商National Oilwell Varco漲4%至82.33美元，網路遊戲業者Zynga飆漲13%至3.99美元。

餐廳名稱： 法樂朋法義餐廳 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：新竹縣竹北市文興路一段273號2樓 電話：03-657-6555 圖文網誌版：http://stylecorn.pixnet.net/blog/post/273897053 ------------------純文字---------------------------------- 最近在竹北發現一家法義料理餐廳 唯美氣氛，走著平價奢華的歐陸美味饗宴 剛好米姊跟她老公要來慶祝情人節大餐 我這個妹妹就當了個大電燈泡一起跟去吃了~haha 是米姊特意允許我的啦XD 總之我應該是沒打擾到他們哈哈哈 法樂朋法義餐廳取自於「樂與朋友分享法國美膳」 跳脫出高昂價格的限制下，能以更歡樂欣喜的態度 細細品味十七世紀以後的獨特美食 第一次看到兩家餐廳分上下樓層這樣 法樂朋在2F，1F則是普拉伯義大利坊 餐廳旁另設有大空位可停放車輛 1F門口處擺放著兩隻可愛熊熊!! 來到2F，佈置著法式新古典主義文化之裝潢風格 彷彿置身於高貴優雅環境中 典雅的室內藝術品 氣氛超好!!!!!一眼望過去幾乎都是情侶用餐 新古典主義中蘊含著前巴洛可風格豪華、動感、多變的視覺效果及設計風格 也能洞察出融合洛可可風格後，裝飾裡唯美、律動的細節處理元素 古典時期的平衡與秩序調性 沉浸在在歐陸歷史風味中略帶時尚奢華感的用餐魅力 我很喜歡這幾扇門，顯得高貴優雅，呈現整個貴族視覺享受 整個裝潢很富麗堂皇! 在優雅的用餐氣氛中享受著典雅的藝術品 我們點了法式雙主餐饗宴$690 提供兩道主餐，共八道 歐式手工麵包 裡面有著核桃、五穀雜糧，剛烤出來熱騰騰享用 口感扎實，味道很香! 主廚精緻濃湯，有著濃郁奶香的濃湯 沒記錯的話上面的那紅色小點點是辣椒 但喝起來一點都不辣，就多了點香辣的層次味道 法式鄉村清湯 番茄、洋蔥、牛楠等食材促成的一道清湯 水果優格沙拉 採用新鮮蝦子搭配小黃瓜、芭樂、蘋果等水果 最後再淋上優格，算清爽的一道 季節時蔬沙拉 番茄、小黃瓜、蘿美生菜、苜蓿芽等季節食蔬 配上幾片煙燻肉的綜合饗宴 蜜桃檸檬雪霜 就是沙瓦的意思，酸酸甜甜的飲品!很解膩! 烙烤厚切嫩肩里肌牛排 烙印著紋路般的厚切牛排，是很實實在在的味道 七分熟肉質較硬，較有嚼勁 但我發現五分吃起來味道更好，偏軟嫩口感! 服務生原本也是建議五分，但我個人又怕五分會太多血水，所以不敢嘗試... 後來等實際送上桌後，五分熟其實沒有想像中的這麼可怕哈哈 血水也沒很多，下次應該問清楚再選擇比較好 第二道主餐種類有兩種，海鮮美饌及肉類美饌 海鮮美饌 米姊點的，光看賣相就很讚了 鮮美嫩蝦也太讓人垂涎欲滴!!! 一隻鮮蝦搭配一旁的薑絲、洋蔥，份量似乎給人很少的感覺 但它底下其實是燉飯!吃完也是蠻有飽足感! 肉類美饌-德國豬腳 豬腳真的還蠻嫩的，我喜歡搭配底層的蜂蜜芥茉醬一起享用 份量少少的但也足夠我們吃到快飽死了 烤布蕾，微酥微酥的焦糖口感，也算是甜點中的基本款 時尚甜點 每次一有巧克力，都會點來嚐嚐，真的是無法抗拒阿~~~~ 這道70%生巧克力，吃起來略苦略甜 巧克力有點偏濕潤口感，我自己是很喜歡 加了點苦使整個吃起來不會太膩! 飲料只提供兩種，我們都選芭樂汁 喝起來也是很扎扎實實的果汁~原汁原味 整體八道吃下來，也是飽到不行阿~~~~~ 雖然提供的種類選擇沒有很多 但品質都有顧到!!也真的還算不錯~ 一次品嚐雙主餐，也算是一大美味享受! 在優雅氛圍的環境中用餐，特別浪漫、唯美! 邊吃邊享受富麗典雅的藝術品，都覺得自己變高貴了 真的很適合情侶用餐呢! 以上囉~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.91.169

S3的中末戰戢很沒用，別出，血三千才+不到嗜血者一半的傷害，而那點防又可以買防裝來補，重點是兩個價位差不多。
所以鱷魚的核心應該是嗜血者，而振奮甲卻不是核心，如果對面沒有AP妳出了等於浪費。
到是日輪可以考慮出，有物防有血量有-CD，而且有一個可以全對增益的盾。當你護盾套五個人你就可以想想看可以擋多少傷害。

其實中末戰戢這件裝是我在推薦欄 有看到 也出過的
我是考慮到他有加45物防和1.5%生命轉換攻擊才出的，
我主要看在物防 攻擊的話我是想說順便
如果大大說物防少 出別件的話 那我去掉中末戰戢 用冰霜之心來補好了。

攻擊的話 我覺得雷尼前期有冰霜之鎚就夠了
至於核心 雖然振奮甲的回血比嗜血者少10% 噬血者效果是比較好
但是我覺得雷尼除了20%回血，附加的20%CDR比較重要。
要出噬血者的話 我會想放後期會戰再出。

再來 通常對面會有至少一隻AP角 這點大大 不用擔心
即使對面是非主流玩法或沒人玩AP，
通常技能本身就有魔法傷害 技能攻擊的魔傷用魔防擋掉剛好。
而且我認為振奮甲的重點是20%的CDR，20%回血加成和魔防倒是其次。

再來通常我玩雷尼是不會出日輪的 我覺得日輪給SUP出就好
物防/CDR的話 我會選擇出冰霜之心，有95物防、20%CDR 還有 靈氣:降低敵人20%攻速
至於魔力的話我通常會直接無視掉。

護盾套五個人 五人的總和是很可觀 但是盾是分開的
而且盾的時間太短 對面可以等時間過了再進行攻擊
再說傷害大多是坦在擋，SUP的技能和道具的盾 擋CC和多目標的技能傷害 這樣就足夠了。
