【鄭孟緹／綜合報導】台灣首部空拍電影紀錄片《看見台灣》斥資9000萬、耗時3年拍攝，累積400小時直升機飛行時數，為了推廣台灣的美，大愛台節目《地球證詞》主持人何佩玲拋磚引玉自費包場，昨晚在台北日新戲院邀請專家學者及電視作業人員一同觀賞。
 
中央研究院生物多樣性研究中心執行長邵廣昭，剛從法國開會回台，一下飛機就趕來赴會，對片中傳達「環境永續」的精神深有所感。台大地質系教授魏國彥表示，《看見台灣》讓我們看到了台灣山川的壯闊與詩意，也看到了台灣的傷疤。

伊朗媒體報導，伊朗與巴基斯坦毗鄰的南部邊界，25日晚發生14名邊防人員遭歹徒殺害，另3人被綁架的事件。為對此作出反應，伊朗26日以絞刑處決「恐怖分子」團體的16名成員。司法當局並未公布這些人於何時或是哪些人遭到處決的細節。

伊朗邊界的一個官方哨站25日晚遭到武裝分子襲擊。該區是遜尼與什葉教派衝突頻傳地區，近年也是政府掃毒地區。（路透）

【王烱華／台北報導】台灣經濟研究院董事長江丙坤上午在台北論壇基金會所主辦的「兩岸關係的機遇與挑戰」新書發表會中指出，台灣內部的兩黨政黨惡鬥，已使台灣被邊緣化。江自豪地說，他到中國大陸已經有101次，但他對台灣的前景感到憂心，尤其《兩岸服貿協議》目前還卡在立法院中，韓國從過去兩岸簽訂ECFA時的擔心、憂心，到現在轉成高興。

江丙坤指出，韓國出口到中國的貨物，目前的零關稅只有35%，但與中國簽署零關稅的協議後，可達到61%；而日本則是從現行的19%，在與中國簽署協議後可達50%。但台灣目前僅有6%，就算簽訂服貿協議，也僅有40%，遠不如韓、日。江語重心長的說，兩岸所簽的服貿協議，原本是好事一樁，但因為朝野內鬥，讓台灣逐漸被邊緣化。江強調，兩岸沒有和平，就沒有繁榮的台灣，兩黨雖然有不同的政治取向，但有一個共識就是愛台灣。

台北論壇基金會董事長蘇起認為，過去美、中、台三方好像是在「下跳棋」，每一方都可攻可守，但現在藍綠政黨惡鬥下，只有美、中在下圍棋，台灣淪落為棋子，這是「最壞的情況」。

【蔡永彬／台北報導】台北市立動物園的大貓熊「圓仔」今天113日齡，北市動物園表示，圓仔體重7676公克、現在已經長21顆小牙；保育員發現，圓仔現在除了東跑西跑，四處探索外，還喜歡東咬西咬，例如咬布、咬竹子，但想要開始吃竹子得等到大約半歲以後。

北市動物園表示，圓仔的媽媽「圓圓」每天吃完早餐後，會「巡邏」房舍一遍，接著就去找圓仔，餵奶或幫牠刺激排便。保育員說，大貓熊要到1歲半左右才會完全斷奶，以竹子為主食。

【陳培煌／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今面對國民黨立委林郁方質詢金門大膽島、二膽島是否撤軍時，明確表示仍有駐軍需要。他說，先前地方政府以戰地政務終止希望開放給人民參觀，但政院也聽到一些不同考量，最後傾向留住兵力，兵力可能會減少，但駐軍絕對不是要作為觀光拍照之用。

林郁方強調，「歷史上只有打敗仗才會撤軍」，大、二膽若撤軍，開放中國遊客觀光，會產生負面政治效應，感覺在示弱於敵。他建議，應在島上碼頭插滿中華民國國旗，開放碼頭一角，讓中國遊客上碼頭後拍照，照片背景就都會是我國國旗。江揆說，開放範圍限於碼頭、環島公路或其他特定據點，他打算過兩天到金門聽取簡報後再作決定。

【曾宛如／綜合報導】萬聖節即將到來，五月天阿信在微博貼南瓜圖片，祝粉絲萬聖節快樂，卻誤把Halloween誤寫成Hallween，歌迷糗他「菜英文」，搞笑說「你的o掉了，趕快撿起來」。
 
阿信寫中文歌詞一把罩，但英文可就馬馬虎虎，之前上綜藝節目，老把three講成tree，留下笑柄，但五月天對進軍國際很有野心，下月將在日本發行專輯，明年也將舉辦歐洲巡演，還好他有「團員翻譯機」友情支援，需要說英語的場合，通常交給英語流利的瑪莎負責，不然也有去過英國遊學1年的石頭可派上場，去日本則交由從大學時期就學日語的團長怪獸發言，反正去海外就沒他「說話的份」。

我們家跑山載菜載果的好幫手 鄉民口中最超值雙門後驅小跑車 資深車板鄉民應該都知道我指的是 http://link.photo.pchome.com.tw/s08/mpo5230/1/126784628339/ 既然鄉民都狂推 本著流言終結者實驗精神 無聊認真一下 趁空車上下山時試著用比較熱血的方式跑看看 (算是百般無聊工作中尋樂子) 研究問題：超值雙門後驅小跑車是否如鄉民而言強大 研究限制： 1.研究者的技術可能不到家 2.僅能以空車測試 載貨以後做此研究將有生命危險 結果： 第一 油門跟煞車踏板距離太遠 我的腳掌又不夠大 沒辦法做跟趾 第二 既然無法跟趾 只好試著退檔後彎中盡快補油 試著以驅動輪修正車尾動態 但其實是很難做到 後輪只會不斷空轉 這應該跟貨車本身車頭重腳輕的配重以及沒有限滑差速器有關 就算再怎麼調整煞車點 仍然很難改善推頭的情況 第三 雖然彎中無法改善推頭 但是一出彎 後輪取得抓地力以後 馬上會從under變成over 而且比FF車快很多 不馬上反打會直接撞山壁 結論： 想要以veryca獲得山道的駕馭樂趣有相當難度 還不如買台二手小鋼砲 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.86.201.253

說實在 以我自己有玩過K6的經驗 就算我已經開貨車跑了快10年的山路 我還是覺得貨車跑山路....完全無法跟房車比..... 光配重跟重心高度就輸房車一大截 不過.... 山路上跑得比我快的大菜車 空的得利卡比比皆是 在路況熟練上大家都一樣 可是我覺得我已經開到我自己的安全極限時 仍然會有貨車呼嘯而過 有時真覺得這些司機真是拿命在跑的 ※ 編輯: konny 來自: 219.86.201.253 (10/25 21:35)

大陸海協會會長陳德銘今天出席第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇時被媒體問到如何看待兩岸服貿協議在台灣遭到阻礙，陳德銘說，就等立法院決議，還有6、7個沒有討論；至於是否影響後續貨品貿易協議，他說「應不影響貨貿協議，兩者是同時進行的」。
